ABOUT BOBBY SPOONER

I am a Managing Principal Security Consultant with expertise in managing security testing, assurance, operational security and risk management. I oversee a range of adversary simulation engagements across frameworks, including CBEST, I-CRT, TIBER and iCAST.I have a breadth of experience including provision of security consultancy and advice to Government and Public Sector organisations. In my career I have led operational security in one of the largest government departments as well as the security assurance of solutions to customers in both the private and public sector. I have worked with Cabinet Office and UK HMG (GCASE/Aztec Streamer) to deliver Red and Purple Teaming engagements across Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), addressing findings by leading remediation programmes; reporting directly to the C-Suite. I am comfortable communicating with people at all levels and focused on effective delivery whilst meeting commercial expectations. I have been recognised for my commitment, tenacity, flexibility and willingness to perform at the highest level - undertaking what is necessary to ensure tasks are completed to schedule and budget.Previously an OFSTED Grade 1 IT Teacher having spent five years working for The Manchester College in the Justice Sector.
