My job is to help CIO\'s, IT Directors and Managers figure out what their IT consultant needs are and then filling those needs with top-notch consultants. That means I’m deeply involved in reviewing and costing for RFP\'s, RFO\'s and SOW\'s – again trying to match their needs with quality contractors. This also requires a lot of win-win negotiation with our clients. Last, but certainly not least, I strive to maintain customer satisfaction with both our clients and the consultants we place with them.
