I currently have over 40 years of transportation experience in logistics, supply chain, truckload, flat bed, refrigerated, ltl, and small package in the Metropolian area of New York and New Jersey. I have operated 500, sq ft warehouses for 3 pl companies. Ran small package operations with 2800 employees during peak time. Operated major break bulk terminals with 660 line haul drivers. Was director of sales and operations for trucking companies. Started up and operated a residential delivery company for 16 years. Throughout my career I was sent out to many different locations as a trouble shooter. I trained, educated, and taught ways to increase employee relations through performance management. These lessons brought improved productivity and reduced costs.
