ABOUT BOB COMPTON

I began my career in public accounting and after a few short years, I found my way to Agora where I became CFO. For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of building a strong, trusted team of innovative thinkers. I work alongside them to support an international, ever-growing, and ever-evolving range of clients in the media community.During my time here, our workforce and global reach has expanded exponentially. But being in an environment like ours has meant much more to be than the numbers – as impressive as they may be. My passion for the people and the place led me to pass the CFO baton and shift gears to a position that would allow me to focus more strategically on culture and engagement.I usually come to LinkedIn looking for inspiration and opportunities to connect with people who challenge me. Whether they be a journalist, an artist, an athlete, a student. it doesn\'t make a difference to me. Generally speaking, I like disruptors. I like people willing and ready to go against the grain, who think differently, and who will share those thoughts with me.
