   My role is part project manager, part consultant, and part strategist. I support projects in every function of HR including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Employee Relations, and Organizational Effectiveness. I also provide as needed analytics and data support to each of these areas. I often partner with individual leaders, both mid-level and executive, to review HR analytics, showcase opportunities for improvement, and lead creative problem solving conversations. My goal is to help operational leaders identify and own their solutions complimented by support from HR rather than having HR own the solution. Overall, this role gives me the opportunity to build a diverse HR skill set in scope and subject.Some key projects include- Span of control review and coaching for operational leaders and HR leaders- Implementation, support, and coaching leaders on a system-wide employee engagement platform- Strategy development and implementation for multiple projects including employee retention, reducing third-party spend, first year turnover, and more- Realigning local HR policies to Trinity Health\'s system-wide policy management
