Techno Functional Product Manager with Pearson Plc while working full time with Cognizant.The project aims, o To define and implement new and improved AWS Cloud based Global content workflow for authoring, assembly, distribution, and content experienceo For platform flexibility to support multiple sources of content, platforms, and customizations along with improved content experience with faster time to marketo To provide an improved platform that can grow at scale and, handle multiple content integrations from different geographieso Integrate Gen AI with Content Platform for text and image generationResponsibilities-• Play the role of Techno Product Manager and Scrum Master for Content Teams and managing cross functional team members (US and Ind) • Work with Solution Architects/ Dev Managers to review business requirements, define API requirements and create content workflows • Responsible for working with Cross Functional Agile teams to define program roadmap, scope and release timelines• Create project status dashboards and providing updates in weekly and monthly program meetings• Define and setup project schedules based on Agile Kanban methodology using Jira, and create project dashboards• Create requirement artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria and process/business workflow in Jira• Help team in estimating user stories, backlog grooming and creating test artifacts • Work with cross functional teams to address dependencies, issues and manage risks• Manage the requirement pipeline and project delivery, working with architecture teams for designs, and conducting Client demos• Maintain the tech documentation for the implemented features and APIs
