Managing the manpower resources to execute the job.• Planning of Chock and Bearing maintenance by monitoring the PM schedule.• Ensuring Roll assembly get ready for mill on time.• Preparing Bearing data sheet for customer report.• Maintaining proper daily, weekly and monthly report.• Conducting damage analysis of bearing failure and submitting report to customer.• Maintaining record of spall bearing and bearing condition.• Planning & Inventory keeping of new bearing, chock, grease, seals and spare parts• Planning of Refurb bearing, chock liner and other chock parts etc.• Take care that all activities carried out are according to the safety norms of the client.• Initiating documentation as per TS & ISO.• Ensure discipline at shop floor, House Keeping and 5-S concept.• Conduct trainings, knowledge sharing sessions and workshops to enhance the expertise of team member.• Make wages and billing documents at the site.
