Manage HEDIS process and submissions for all Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC) Commercial, Exchange and Medicare products. Support regulatory project documentation for HPHC membership and Tufts Health Public Plans (THPP) Medicaid populations.• Coordinate with external parties and internal teams, including Legal, Procurement, Privacy and Security, to produce contracts, amendments, SOWs, NDAs, Data Use Agreements and other required business documents and processes. Act as liaison with auditors, vendors, National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and government agencies as needed. • Prepare materials projecting HEDIS rates, Health Plan Ratings and Stars measures, and comparing HEDIS measures against performance goals for specific groups. Assist with preparing responses to RFIs/RFPs. Review data and reports and address data anomalies or inaccuracies.• Maintain and track multiple project timelines and key deliverables throughout each project. Monitor adherence to standards and guidelines, report on project progress and follow up accordingly. Run planning, execution and Lessons Learned meetings with task leads at project milestones.
