Achievements & Responsibilities:As a TPM within the Product Management team- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex EDI and API integration programs within Rithum’s global commerce platform, supporting customers across 420+ marketplaces and retail partners and contributing to $50B+ in annual GMV- Operate as a force multiplier across product, engineering, QA, implementation, and client-facing teams, aligning execution with product strategy while managing complex dependencies across distributed, cross-functional teams- Consult with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to analyse technical integration requirements, translate business needs into clear delivery plans, and shape scalable integration solutions that improve data accuracy and operational efficiency- Own product roadmaps and delivery plans, connecting short-term execution with long-term product strategy and ensuring initiatives align with organisational goals and platform evolution- Coordinate and govern product release cycles, partnering with engineering and product teams to plan, execute, and communicate releases while ensuring smooth client onboarding and transitions- Establish delivery visibility and reporting standards, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes to support informed decision-making at both team and leadership levels- Strengthen documentation and change management practices, ensuring product updates, integration changes, and technical processes are clearly documented, consistent, and accessible across teams- Support testing, validation, and production readiness, contributing to high-quality releases and reliable, scalable eCommerce integrations.
