ABOUT BILL POSTON

Bill Poston is an independent director and restructuring advisor with over 30 years of experience as a management consultant advising healthy companies and guiding distressed firms through bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, and complex liquidity events. He has served on special committees overseeing fiduciary matters in Chapter 11 and has been appointed to lender-controlled boards by private credit firms exercising proxy rights. Bill has led operational and financial restructurings across multiple industries. He is a proficient financial professional and a credible witness with expertise in corporate governance in sponsor-backed and lender-controlled firms.Bill is also an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, educator, and adventurer. He is the founder or principal owner of over twenty companies and nonprofit enterprises. After a decade at Deloitte Consulting, he co-founded, grew, and sold innovation management consulting firm Kalypso. He is currently coaching the team at The Launch Box, a platform for starting and growing professional service firms that enables founders to focus exclusively on selling, serving clients, nurturing talent, and growing the business. He also serves as the chairman of Muy\'Ono, a resort management business in Belize; the President of the Stelos Alliance, a nonprofit that benefits student leaders at the collegiate level; and the lead instructor of the Housley Principled Leadership Program. Bill is a Distinguished Alumnus of Texas State University and a member of the McCoy College of Business Hall of Honor. He was also named the Raymond L. Gardner \"Alumnus of the Year\" by Phi Delta Theta, an international fraternal organization.
