ABOUT BILL FITZGERALD
I am a seasoned 20+ year SaaS leader with a focus and operational expertise in building and scaling worldwide GTM strategy, Sales/ARR growth (both Direct + Partner/Channel), market positioning/penetration, organizational scaling, Customer/Partner success and end-to-end field operations execution to drive a company’s revenues, market share and valuation. I have led, executed, and scaled companies as small as $1M with barely PmF, all the way up to $1B in ARR. I have tons of elasticity to scale down or scale up massively from my unicorn runs at Okta, Jive Software, Riverbed, and Mercury. As well as my recent work supporting VC firms, Founder/CEOs and CROs as a board advisor for 15 technology companies across web3, crypto, security, AI/ML, fintech, and insurtech space. My focus, management style and execution approach is grounded in a team first, employee/customer centric, transparency, collaboration and accountable leadership mindset.
