With over 20 years of experience in estimating and analyzing cost within the construction industry, Bill has developed a unique and successful approach to the preconstruction process. He prioritizes collaboration with all project team members and has created several spreadsheets and additional tools that allow him to organize and easily explain information. His knowledge-base and adaptability have added a tremendous amount of value to each project he has worked on. With a team-oriented mindset and a drive for excellence, Bill has seamlessly transitioned into his current role as Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, where he will be able to further develop Columbia’s preconstruction approach and facilitate the growth of the team.
