ABOUT BILL ZHANG
Bill Zhang has a Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering and a post graduate certificate in Transport System Engineering. Bill has been involved in planning and delivery of several major infrastructure projects in South Australia, namely master planning of a non-stop North South Corridor, South Road Superway, Northern Connector and Southern Expressway Duplication. He has extensive experience in transport planning, road design and traffic engineering through his 24 years working life in both public (local and State governments) and private sectors.
