Manager - Impact Partnering and Programming, Australian First Nations Program @World Vision Australia

AU

In my current role, I lead a national team committed to amplifying First Nations voices in shaping their own development journey. I link strategic program design with grassroots partnerships, so communities remain the drivers of impact. Importantly, I’ve embedded Indigenous data sovereignty into our evidence systems, reframing how outcomes are collected and communicated. Moreover, I focus on strengthening staff capability so our reporting and program design are culturally grounded and responsive. I work alongside First Nations organisations and leaders across Australia, building long-term, trust-based partnerships. In addition, I have helped align World Vision’s Australian First Nations program with the Closing the Gap reforms, giving national recognition to the power of community-led evidence and outcomes. At the heart of this work lies my respect for cultural integrity, accountability and genuine collaboration.
