Molina Healthcare was introducing a new line of business, Molina Dual Options. Molina Dual Options is a Medicare-Medicaid Plan (MMP) that includes the combine state Medicaid benefits with that of federal Medicare benefits for those members that are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. I acted as a Business Analyst for MMP website project. This new line of business for Molina required the call center(s) to operate and answer calls is built from the ground up. I was part of this MMP IVR project as well. In addition to these projects, I worked on minor enhancements that were going on within the website and portal for all LOBs (Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace and Duals).
