With a PGDM in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions and a supply chain operations certification from IIM Bangalore, I have over six years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, and operations, spanning multiple roles and domains. As an Assistant Operations Manager at Gramophone, I lead and manage the end-to-end operations of eight territories in Madhya Pradesh, covering 50+ depots and a third-party delivery network. I collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, customer satisfaction, and fraud prevention. I also implement process improvement and cost optimization measures, using lean practices and data analysis. In my previous roles, I have delivered results, solved problems, and developed supply chain processes, receiving accolades and awards from Flipkart for my performance in handling peaks, contingencies, and quality standards. I have also worked on enhancing the last mile delivery quality and cost efficiency at Brave Organic Sciences, and managing the station hub operations at Flipkart. I am passionate about enhancing operational efficiency, productivity, and customer service, using my skills in process improvement, customer relationship management, and problem solving. I am also eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
