Provide counsel and general legal support to business leaders and service heads (across legal, product, marketing, risk, compliance) in the EMEA and globally on all business aspects: contracting, outsourcing, IP and data privacy laws• Draft, review and negotiate sales, commercial and other contracts (enterprise licensing, frameworks, SaaS, EULA, cloud licensing, services, consulting, reseller, distributor, data privacy)• Review/create and manage channel programs (with a focus on EU-specific anti-trust compliance) and marketing and lead generation campaigns (from a data privacy perspective)• Secure, from local authorities, country-specific licenses and certifications to operate, working with external counsel • Provide advice on the legal aspects of technical issues and field-level insights on product/solution enhancements • Manage dispute resolution• Review policies and changes in laws, update contractual templates, and drive improvements of legal processes • Create playbooks and training programs to provide legal and business teams with legal knowledge and tools to manage their day-to-day operations, contract negotiations and interactions with external parties
