Manage team of attorneys as lead counsel for company’s cloud-based/managed services cybersecurity business unit, providing guidance and direction in alignment with company’s goals and values. Responsibilities include the drafting, review, revision, and negotiation of various agreements covering customer relationships, vendor collaborations, channel relationships and other strategic commercial transactions.
