I\'m thrilled to step into the additional role of Vice President of Franchise Development at BELFOR Franchise Group! In this leadership position, I’ll oversee the strategic growth and franchise sales of incredible brands like 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, Blue Kangaroo Packoutz, DUCTZ, and of course 1-800-BOARDUP, which I\'m happily still continuing on as their Chief Operating Officer. With this new additional role, my focus will be on expanding the national footprint of these brands, supporting a talented team of Franchise Development Directors, and driving operational excellence in franchise development processes. This new chapter is a chance to continue on in the exciting landscape of franchising, which is always something that I’m passionate about.
