Deloitte is a global professional services firm. I lead a team that operates globally with responsibility for all staff-partner talent development/learning solutions for professionals in 6 tax groups. Our team develops solutions to ensure the right level of experiences/exposures/education targeted to their level. •Co-lead a global learning strategy team that includes a global governance structure, to align learning solutions to achieve “One- Deloitte” goals in tax client-service delivery. •Maximize investments in learning solutions by working with stakeholders so that multiple audiences can utilize them: US, America’s, Global, USIndia, Delivery Centers, etc. •Innovation is key to growth - led the team that was first to pivot from live to virtual to blended. Documenting and sharing that process and bringing the stakeholders along the change journey was key to success. •Drive strategies to align learning with knowledge and enable professionals to make use of the learning at their point of need (content packs) and leverages technical webcasts as the foundation for learning rapidly changing technical knowledge they need. •Co-lead the development and application of technical global talent standards – strengthening the connection between talent and learning activities. •Established cross-business sharing teams in tax learning (by career level) to share best practices and identify ways to co-develop designs and repurpose strategies and solutions based on common needs and goals.
