About Bernice Boyden

Have you ever imagined what your organization would be like with consistently high morale and productivity, healthy communication systems, and a cohesive culture? It’s not a pipe dream, nor is this magical workplace limited to huge tech firms in Silicon Valley. Morale, productivity, lack of communication, and culture clashes are all-too-common but frustrating elements of most large and mid-size organizations … but they don’t have to be. Throughout Bernice’s 25-year career in human resources and executive coaching, she has cultivated a passion for helping other leaders realize the true potential of their workplace. After handling more than interventions dealing with conflict management and workplace conduct issues, Bernice learned that many leaders need help with: • Learning how to have tough conversations • Addressing workplace conflict in a healthy way • Dealing with bad behavior appropriately • Identifying and correcting the roots of toxic culture • Training to address gaps in communication and leadership skills When issues like these are addressed and leaders are given the tools they need to guide their teams, the results are like a breath of fresh air. Employees are thriving in a workplace that listens to their needs. Leaders are engaged and helping the organization meet its strategic goals. It’s a win-win. Helping facilitate this breath of fresh air is what she does every day. Bernice brings a breadth of experience working with Fortune 50 companies and she understands that everything revolves around people. Bernice helps leaders in the C-Suite, HR, and Operations better communicate and relate to their people. All productivity starts with your PEOPLE.
