ABOUT BERNARDO MÁRQUEZ LÓPEZ
I am an engineering professional with a strong interest in teamwork and business dynamics, particularly within the aeronautical and automotive sectors. I have recently completed a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, including an international academic stay at the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where I specialized in aerospace vehicles and the automotive sector. This experience allowed me to strengthen my analytical skills and adaptability while working in an international, research-oriented environment and collaborating with multicultural teams.Alongside my academic background, I have gained professional experience as an Industry Process Consultant at Dassault Systèmes, working with CAD/CAE tools and PLM platforms to support product lifecycle management and supplier collaboration. More recently, I worked as a Material Planner Engineer at General Electric, managing spare parts planning and coordination for worldwide offshore projects, optimizing ERP/MRP processes in Oracle, and collaborating closely with engineering, operations, logistics teams, and suppliers. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in technical analysis, cross-functional coordination, and operational processes.Additionally, I was selected for the High Academic Performance Program at the Terrassa Campus, which enabled me to pursue a dual degree in Business Administration and Management at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya alongside my engineering studies, further strengthening my understanding of business and organizational dynamics.
