BERNA MERIH is an inspirational, resourceful, and values-driven ICF-accredited coach and advisor who believes true transformation is possible at the intersection of leadership, business, and life. She views herself as a change catalyst, bringing insight, support, and grace to people seeking a positive shift, both in and outside the workplace. Her commitment to continuous improvement is rooted in a philosophy of self-leadership, best expressed in her credo: “You are the leader of your life.”Since emigrating from her native Türkiye, Berna transitioned away from a successful career in corporate finance to follow her passion for helping people discover their self-leadership. As a CFO, she successfully mentored and advised her fellow executives in resolving team conflicts while promoting collaboration and driving a winning culture. Guided by her deeply held values, she founded her company, BERNA MERIH COACHING, with the vision of making a difference in the lives of those she serves. Leveraging her multicultural experience, creativity, and high emotional intelligence, Berna offers openness, flexibility, and versatility to individuals and organizations preparing for and responding to change. She is a Flow Certified Professional Coach (FCPC) and an accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
