ABOUT JANUSZ BERGER
I was practically raised in the back of the small-town pharmacy where my mother worked in the seventies and early eighties. Watching worried people buy medicines, and some of them return, smiling, with “tokens of gratitude” in the form of a sour cream jar, eggs, or sweets, made me wonder. How could tiny pills or a syrup bottle possibly have the power to restore health and make people happy again? Was it some magic? Over the years, I learned it to be accurate, at least in a way. The magic’s name was science, which happened to be behind every aspect of human activity, including communications. So, here I am, back to my “biopharmaceutical roots,” applying science and the right tools to internal communications in the global matrix organization. And the results? 81% of the colleagues who participated in the 2022 Internal Comms (IC) Survey said: they were good or great. How’s your organization’s IC doing?
