I have been working in financial institutions since 2012, specializing in ship finance from 2016 to mid-2021. During this period, I gained significant expertise in managing complex portfolios and transactions, complemented by a solid foundation in real estate and property development financing. From 2019 to mid-2021, I contributed to the successful wind-down of a $6.5 billion ship portfolio for one of the world\'s largest private equity funds. This role, based in London, enhanced my strategic and operational skill set in asset management and restructuring. After completing this challenging assignment, I returned to Germany to further develop my career in the maritime sector in the Project Development | S&P Team of the Harren Group.
