ABOUT BENJAMIN D. WOLFE

I lead product strategy and execution for B2B SaaS, with 11+ years at Golf Genius across product leadership and customer-facing roles. I’m at my best when the work requires clear thinking, fast alignment, and difficult tradeoffs—turning customer reality and business goals into an executable plan for engineering and cross-functional teams. In Tournament Management, I’ve owned the product end-to-end through growth and maturity, partnering closely with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders. I focus on improving retention, customer satisfaction, and product quality through disciplined prioritization, clear requirements, and a strong feedback loop with customers and internal teams.Recently, I’ve been focused on AI in two ways:(1) helping incorporate AI-driven experiences into the product roadmap, and (2) using modern AI tools to improve the speed and quality of product work—rapid UI/UX prototyping (Lovable) and a multi-model AI workbench (Magai) to streamline PRDs/specs, sharpen acceptance criteria, and synthesize large volumes of customer feedback.Outside of work, I’ve held long-term volunteer leadership roles, including chairing a nonprofit finance team and serving as Committee Chair for Cub Scout Pack 966. I’ve also been recognized for leadership in the golf community, including SOPGA Apprentice Assistant of the Year (2012), and I earned Expert Certification in the Rules of Golf (2025).
