Benjamin Tøstesen possesses over two decades of extensive experience in global leadership, program and project management within digitalization, development, and infrastructure. He has aided some of the largest multinational companies, leading IT management, digital strategy, sourcing, and the establishment of high performance virtual distributed teams. Additionally, his professional expertise in program and project management, combined with a strong background in both business and technology, enables him to create cohesion, understanding, and effective teams to address business challenges. He also spent several years as an International Project Manager at BeumerGroup, responsible for system development and implementation projects in the global aviation and logistics industry. One notable project involved the development and implementation of a new airport system at O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg, South Africa, which was delivered within budget and on schedule.
