I am a corporate development specialist focused on M&A and Strategy. I have acted as both an in-house consultant and an outside advisor for publicly traded companies, family-owned companies, and early-stage/start-up companies. In my role at Bacardi-Martini, I direct global M&A transactions, analyze market expansion opportunities, and guide strategic projects. Reporting directly to the head of Corporate Development, I drive future-oriented projects that are critical to Bacardi’s markets and portfolio.Prior to my time with Bacardi, I served as Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development for Pernod Ricard. I executed M&A transactions, M&A integrations, and strategic projects for Pernod Ricard. During my time at Pernod Ricard, I played a leading role in some of the organization’s most significant investments (Codigo 1530; Chateau Sainte Marguerite; Smooth Ambler). I came to Corporate Development from an extensive investment banking background. My six years of investment banking with McKenzie & Associates, FMI Capital Advisors, and Credit Suisse were focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and Credit Risk Management. I transitioned from investment banking to in-house corporate development because I wanted to build companies and brands that bring consumers joy.
