My goal is to serve customers and those in need by providing training, mentorship, and understanding! As a Government Contractor, Educator, and Human Resources (HR) professional, I work to provide the best service possible by building professional relationships with my colleagues, members of the Armed Forces, and the community. It all starts with empathy and understanding of the diversity found in all environments.I directly support the TRICARE contract, which provides health care services to approximately 2.9 million beneficiaries across 21 states, with direct responsibility for 8 military installations across Alaska. I primarily work to streamline operations and ensure successful delivery of care for our beneficiary population and guarantee optimal business processes for our organization while simultaneously meeting all contract standards. I leverage my experience as a Veteran to understand and relate to the military client. A history of positive feedback and collaboration is a testament to the value I add. I am comfortable in both one-on-one and large-scale environments, using problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and improve community relationships.
