Each day I partner with HR / Benefits Leaders and Executives to implement strategies that optimize their existing Employee Benefits program focusing on two main areas: claims management and improving the employee experience.I use the communication skills from my background as a middle school English teacher, and lessons learned as a healthcare consumer with Juvenile Diabetes, to bring a unique perspective to benefits.Outside of the office, you will find me spending time outside - hiking, cycling or golfing - listening to The Avett Brothers, and cheering on the Eagles or Sixers. My wife Rachel and I and our three boys live in Glenside, PA.
