Ben is Senior Managing Director and Practice Leader for Cushman & Wakefield’s eCommerce and Retail Logistics Advisory Group. He is focused on representing leading occupier clients through the rapidly disrupting integration of physical and digital retail, logistics and real estate. Ben\'s occupier client experience ranges from some of the largest retailers in the world to a variety of rapidly expanding digitally native brands. Ben’s investor / developer clients include many of the largest, most active global players and numerous leading regional firms. He is a Senior Certified Supply Chain Professional and a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. Ben serves on the C&W Industrial and Logistics Services Leadership Team and its Executive Committee, as well as the C&W Retail Leadership Council. Ben speaks and writes extensively on eCommerce, last mile and associated impacts on retailing, fulfillment, real estate development and investment. Venues include numerous national conferences for NAIOP, ICSC and Urban Land Institute as well as an extensive collection of Wall Street, retailer, investor, university, supply chain, boards of directors and capital markets events throughout the US, Canada, UK and Europe.
