Reporting to the Chairman of the Board, perform a pivotal role in AG & P’s EPC and fabrication operations, overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the organization. Operational Leadership:• Develop a high performing Operations Group and Project Management Office with the aim to increase productivity, reduce costs, meet and exceed profitability and cost targets, while maintaining world-class quality and safety standards.• Streamline and standardize all operational processes to achieve consistent and predictable results under a culture of Operational Excellence.2. Project Management:• Oversee the end-to-end execution of our EPC projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.• Develop contingency plans and leading responses to unexpected challenges or emergencies that may arise during project execution.3. Resource Management & Business Development Support:• Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project demands and optimize project outcomes.• Streamline fabrication processes to enhance production capabilities and reduce lead times.4. Quality Assurance:• Review, establish and maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication and construction processes.• Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.5. Financial Oversight:• Assist in developing and managing budgets for operational activities.• Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and contribute to overall profitability.
