As a Talent Acquisition and Sponsorship Marketing Manager for the US Army, I lead a team of 44 recruiters who are responsible for attracting and enlisting qualified candidates for various Army programs and careers. I leverage my skills in promotional marketing to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that appeal to diverse audiences and showcase the benefits and opportunities of serving in the Army. I also manage the budget, logistics, and operations of the recruiting company, ensuring compliance with Army standards and regulations. In my previous roles as an Air Defense Artillery Officer in Guam, I gained valuable leadership skills, international relationships and operations management skills. I have been in the Army for over four years, and I am passionate about supporting the Army\'s mission and values, as well as empowering and mentoring the next generation of soldiers. I am always eager to learn new skills, broaden my horizons, and take on new challenges.Seeking to start a new role in early 2025 within operations management or global marketing.
