Identify referral opportunities across investment, mortgage, and business solutions, effectively referring a minimum of five clients daily to private bankers and financial advisors to offer solutions to meet the investment needs of clients,• Coordinate with JPMorgan’s legal department regarding the approval of trust documents and medallion signature requests; notarize three documents daily for individuals and businesses.• Support clients with complex service transactions and traditional banking needs; wire transfer millions of dollars domestically and internationally, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently in compliance with all policies, regulatory, and banking requirements.• Assist clients with account opening or closing, present CDs and credit cards, oversee account maintenance operations, and interact with clients to help with and discover their financial needs.• Function as a vault custodian, overseeing the safekeeping and security of the bank’s assets, including cash and valuables.
