I’m responsible for the overall strategy and execution of product assortment, lifestyles, promotion, pricing, price point: Good/Better/Best, inventory and placement all categories to maximize International sales and execute tiering visual strategies to enhance our brand experiences at the Ashley Furniture Homestore retailers. Oversee multi key warehouses that supply International products. Focus on upholstery/case goods/accessory sourcing, development & merchandising. Build strong cross-functional relationship with teams: Sales, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Product Planning, Marketing and Store Design to assist in communicating to develop and execute merchandising plans that will deliver volume and profit goals. Capture merchandising forecast & analytics to optimize performance and deliverer on the sales plan. Focus on developing product strategies to drive top-line growth for International markets. I also oversees the International Retail Homestores execution of the Company’s visual strategies to create an enjoyable and easy shopping experience to ensure new and repeat business.
