The people that are brought into the organization become a part of Verizon\'s community of talented, driven individuals that make Verizon a great place to work.Responsibilities include- Partnering with managers to clarify the talent need and what success looks like- Locating new places and new ways to source the best people in the competitive market for talent- Finding and presenting the best candidates for consideration- Facilitating the process from beginning to a successful offer - full lifecycle recruiting services and managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance and participating in the recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current opening and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates- Ensure compliance with our process and standards- Develop and maintain a strong working relationships with all levels in the organization to create a partnership that yields success and credibility- High quality time management and multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines- Perform high volume screening of candidate resumes and conducts basic qualifying interviews over the phone on a daily basis- Position Verizon Wireless as a top employer on college campuses to attract new and recent graduates- Facilitate career pathing workshops for Solutions Managers and Solutions Specialist as requested by District Managers and General Managers- Coordinate job shadowing and development opportunities for employees in districts supported.
