About Beau River

My work mission is to help organizations become engines of human development in a way that drives revenue growth. In the words of a mentor, I\'m \"oddly good\" at helping my clients create impactful programming, accelerate leader development, and build team effectiveness in a way that brings the best out of their people. If I were to break that down a bit further, over a decade of assessment experience helps me develop insights into people, systems and group dynamics, then match leadership behaviors with the strategic imperatives that drive operational success. My particular areas of focus include executive development, executive selection and succession planning, high performance team solutions, and board evaluation. In my first career, I was a professional squash player and member of the United States Squash Team. With an understanding of what it takes to produce a world class performance, I then worked with combat Veterans and NCAA Division One athletes to help them overcome psychological barriers and prepare for stellar performances, both in life and in competition. This background has given me a unique view into the importance of connecting one\'s values, passions, and belief systems into leadership development. Augmenting my clients\' natural abilities with positive psychological behaviors and leadership skills has led to inspired performances, new wells of resiliency, thorough preparation to scale into senior leadership positions, and stellar results.
