ABOUT BRITTANY DUCCA

My work centers on helping organizations move beyond compliance-driven sustainability and toward culture-shaping, purpose-led transformation. With a background in environmental science, expertise in Lean, and a doctorate in Sustainability Education, I bring an integrated approach that bridges operational performance with strategic vision. Now more than ever, the world needs solutions that are regenerative, equitable, and rooted in long-term value.I’ve had the unique experience of leading environmental initiatives within a highly regulated and operationally complex manufacturing environment. This work sharpened my ability to navigate environmental challenges at scale, implement pragmatic solutions, and advocate for regenerative practices from within. It also deepened my appreciation for how industries evolve and the kind of values-driven leadership required to guide that evolution responsibly. Now, I’m expanding that foundation into broader CSR strategy, nonprofit leadership, and storytelling for sustainable futures. My research focuses on reimagining how organizations see, measure, and act on their environmental impact. I’m especially interested in how systems, story, and leadership shape the values that drive lasting change.I’m committed to building a future where environmental leadership is bold, human-centered, and designed for impact at scale. I’m particularly drawn to organizations that understand the power of narrative to shift culture and create systems that restore more than they take.If you’re leading in that space, let’s connect!
