Leading an \'Integrated Assurance\' Programme focused on improving the ERM Framework to support the business in making better risk-informed decisions and streamline controls/compliance and assurance activities. The goal was to develop an approach that enhances the business resilience without burdening the business with compliance activities. Key outcomes delivered so far are:* Development and roll-out of a new \'user-centric\' ERM methodology* Roll-out of a \'business-friendly\' ways of working and common language framework* Preparedness for the UK Corporate Governance Code (especially Provision 29) compliance* Business buy-in through bottom-up engagement, focused cultural change management and L&D activities * Integration of the 3 LOD functions leading to a single view of risk, controls and assurance across the Group* Successful design, build and implementation of a new insight-led GRC tool to support the integrated view of risks.
