Effective performance management behaviour leads to better bottom line results, employee engagement and retention of key staff. Research has shown that managers who engage in effective performance management produce extraordinary business results compared with those who do not. For employees, performance management is the primary way of understanding what they are supposed to do and developing and advancing their careers. Having that in mind my idea is to build an organisation where people trust to each other, not afraid to discuss and share opinion. I believe that one of the fundaments in Performance Culture is transparency and perfect communication. It’s also crucial to educate Managers how to introduce feedback culture and how to respond to employees expectations. Switching from functions to projects, from beaureaucracy to enterpreneurial approach, from budget to performance is a way to boost your organisations\' better results.
