I love the financial side of business operations – after spending the first part of my career on the supply chain and operations piece of the business, and then later moving into plant controlling where I get to see all the working parts of the operational cost, I’ve come to appreciate how critical the understanding of the technical aspects work together with the financial aspect of the total business operation.I am highly empathetic, and that has given me the ability to look at the people side of the process along with the dollars and cents. I am forward thinking, always on the looking out for the best practices of operations around me and inviting the change that innovation and digitalization brings to the way we do business.I build teams with an empathetic and accountable approach – we do not sacrifice the quality of our work and it’s our responsibility to ensure the funds are used responsibly and efficiently to deliver the best possible result.Outside of work you can find me spending as much time as possible with my family outside, riding bikes, playing golf and hiking.
