I am a part of the E.L.I.T.E. General Management Program at Capgemini. since 2019. I am currently a part of the Banking & Capital Markets - UK Market unit and working as an Engagement Partner for one of the leading UK Banking clients in the Digital area. I am a PGDM Marketing graduate from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai majored in Sales & Marketing. I was the National winner of Asian Paints Canvas 2017, annual case study competition as part of a 3 member team.I have 5+ years of overall experience now which spans across IT consulting, new business development, business strategy, proposal development, programme management and thought leadership. I worked as an Associate Systems Engineer (Data transformation) for Tata Consultancy Services, for one of the world’s leading banking clients. I was appreciated and awarded for providing outstanding value to clients and continuous delivery and awarded \'Star of the Learner\'s Group Award \'. I was the Student President of the Cultural Society of Manav Rachna College of Engineering. I also formed and headed MRIDAKSH, the official dance team at college.I hold a Senior Diploma in Kathak, classical dance form of India and have performed in various national level events, under the guidance of and sharing the stage with internationally acclaimed Indian classical dancers. I am passionate about travelling, photography, event management and discovering new things and exploring new cultures. I believe I am socially sensitive and have taken up opportunities to make a difference in the society via volunteering for Blood Donation Camps, providing donations for Girl Child Education, mentoring underprivileged kids and also worked as part of the CSR initiatives within Capgemini.
