The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the international charter body for marketers. I\'ve been chartered for nearly 30 years and provide mentorship to younger marketing professionals through the CIM\'s mentoring programme.With many, I\'ve helped them to either build their confidence in their current role, find the courage and focus to make moves to new companies, or worked with them to better understand their communication and collaboration challenges at work. Some stay with me through a job hunt process and settling into a new role, others work with me longer term on team dynamics and personal confidence.I\'m generally maxed out with five official CIM mentees at any time - and a few past ones who still have the occasional call.
