False Positive. We analyzed alerts based on pre-configured policies, channel, Source, Destination, attachments and communications between internal domain to internet. We gave recommendations to customer for slight changes in Polices to reducing the number of false positive alerts. We suggested few keywords to be added as exception in DLP’s configuration Policies
