Hi, thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I am currently a senior at the University of Georgia with plans of graduating in May 2021. I am a Finance major with a certificate in Legal Studies within the Terry College of Business. I am dedicated to my studies and have maintained an overall GPA of 3.7/4.0 in my years here. I am currently looking for a full-time position within the Real Estate industry, primarily in an analyst role. I have profound knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, as I spent eight months interning for Landmark Properties, focusing on Development and Investment Management of student housing across the United States. My duties consisted of market research, investment packages, pro forma work, and various other tasks that assisted senior analysts in making important investment and development decisions. In addition, I have experience in Marketing, as I work closely with the UGA Men’s Basketball Marketing Department. Each basketball season, I attend 15+ home games, serving as the liaison for the student body and building overall awareness of the team through promotions, research, and media. Lastly, I have developed excellent customer relations skills through my work at Clarke’s Standard Restaurant. I provide excellent customer service to patrons through my interpersonal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and dedication. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable skills and knowledge that will make me an asset in the business world. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dogs (Skeet and Elvis), spending time outdoors, playing sports, and cooking. A fun fact about myself - I helped lead my high school varsity soccer team to four back-to-back state championships! I would be a great addition to your organization because I am a fast-learner, professional, organized, work well with employees and customers, and am willing to go the extra mile.
