Leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and overseeing enterprise-wide implementation projects utilizing Saviynt IGA (Identity Governance and Administration) platform. Managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including connector configurations for critical enterprise applications such as Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, SAP, and Salesforce. Performing IAM audits and access reviews, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards like SOX, GDPR, and ISO 27001. Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, application owners, DevSecOps, and compliance teams, to align access policies with security requirements. Leading the optimization of access governance processes, including lifecycle management, request/approval flows, and role mining. Training, mentoring, and providing technical leadership to junior team members, fostering skill development in Saviynt and IAM best practices. Handling incident response and change management in collaboration with the Service Desk and Change Advisory Board (CAB).
