We invest in and acquire Multi-Family housing properties with a group of investors in the USA. These mid-sized apartment buildings have 100 - 300 units. I have been investing in real estate since 1977. In 2021, I released a three part documentary film about my family\'s history since 1690. Astrophysics and Filmmaking are few of my hobbies. Therefore, now I am researching contents for my next documentary film which I hope will tie Astrophysics, the science of the Universe, to our soul. Since graduating, I have earned the reputation of a successful leader, engineer, investor and volunteer. I have been a game-changer – bringing about massive improvements and disruptive ideas at global level. Virtually everyday, you use a piece of technology, first developed and productized by my company, team and me. In over 20 years as a volunteer, I served as Chairman of the Aga Khan Foundation USA, Vice President of Aga Khan Council for USA and Chairman of Aga Khan Education Board, USA.
