ABOUT AZIZA MUSA

Aziza has worked as a global strategy and operations executive for 15 years in the education, health, and technology sectors. A seasoned strategist, she loves leveraging her leadership experience to accelerate impact and capital for worthwhile causes. Beginning her career as an Analyst with Charity Navigator, the organization\'s commitment to sector trust, transparency, and accountability has influenced every aspect of her work since. She is passionate about working with philanthropic institutions and leaders to direct resources towards fiscally responsible, high-impact, culturally healthy organizations, and self-actualized leaders. She believes strongly that sustainable social impact is only possible when proposed solutions align with an organizations’ internal values, operating principles, culture (both spoken and unspoken) and level of investment in its own people. This philosophy guides her work with teams and clients, and - together - they create customized, beautifully-designed, data-driven, and high-impact programs and campaigns capable of real and lasting societal improvements. A trusted people-first and data-driven leader, Aziza enjoys working with her global client base on philanthropy, management, and the intersection of education/talent development. She authored “The Emerging TechnoSource Destination,” a business development and marketing tool funded by the European Union to stimulate UK-based companies to partner with ICT, BPO, and ITES providers in the Middle East. She has helped to raise over $140M for social causes and has designed, developed, and launched signature experiential marketing, online, and live events including Teach For America-New Jersey\'s \"The Forecast\" and “From Classroom to Boardroom: Women Changing the Face of Education”, and Health Leads \"Massachusetts Advisory Council\". She is the Co-Founder of Two Dots, a dedicated connective network to source ideas and people, solve problems, and learn from each other.
