Responsible to manage overall growth of Key Accounts and provide System Integration services in Civil Aviation and Transport sectors in South Asian countries. This includes all the products and solutions from Air Traffic management, Airports, Aircraft Simulation (For airlines) and Automatic Fare Collection system for metro rail corporations• Responsible for the overall P&L, Sales & Growth of business for Aviation vertical in South Asia region. In charge of developing country specific sales strategy, direction, tactics and management of all tenders and direct sales. This includes conceptualizing and creating the opportunities from scratch and ensure the successful outcome• Responsible for overall Sales, Supply and Commissioning of the CNS, Airports and Airlines projects (ATC Automation, Communication, Navaids, Surveillance, Simulators) • Responsible for overall supplying and importing of equipments and Software in contracts. Develop Pricing strategy for each country.• Promote and sell products in Airports, Aircraft Simulation (Airbus 320, Boeing 737), and responsible for managing the relationships, tenders, operations and commissioning of projects with Spain, Norway, Germany and Australia. • Develop network of local consultants / partners in each country to provide local supply and services• Developing and maintaining client and ministry relationships in Civil Aviation, Metro Rail corporations • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in Spain, Norway, Germany and Australia for effective and smooth sailing in tendering and project commissioning for each product line• Cultivating the company’s brand and positioning in the market & with customers, partners & suppliers.• Responsible for all import and contract management
