I’m a construction professional with more than a decade of experience across field operations, project management, QA/QC, and forensic construction consulting. My work sits at the intersection of construction operations, documentation, and data—helping teams bring structure and clarity to complex projects and imperfect records.I started my career on the operational side of construction, learning how scope is executed in the field, how crews work, and how day-to-day decisions affect schedule, cost, and coordination. That hands-on foundation allows me to translate real site conditions into organized project documentation and structured reporting that leadership and technical teams can rely on.I currently support forensic construction investigations at Construction Consulting Associates (CCA) in Burlington, Massachusetts. My role involves reviewing, organizing, and analyzing project records including contracts, schedules, correspondence, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications. I assist with timeline reconstruction, delay analysis support, cost review, and the preparation of clear summaries and exhibits for internal and attorney-facing review.Alongside my construction background, I’m deeply technical and data-analytical. I don’t just work in software—I build the structure behind it. I’ve designed and configured fieldsets, established data standards, cleaned and normalized records, and prepared data for migration from one system to the next while maintaining continuity and usability. I analyze utilization and workflow patterns to understand how tools are actually used and to refine systems so they support the work instead of creating friction. I’m also a licensed Massachusetts real estate broker, which strengthens my ability to read and write agreements, interpret obligations, and work confidently with contract language and structured data. That experience carries directly into my construction and forensic work through disciplined documentation and careful attention to how agreements translate into execution.My systems work spans platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Buildertrend, Oracle, SAP Business One, Deltek, and SmoothLink, with a focus on data quality, integration, and practical use by project teams.I hold a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and continue building expertise at the intersection of construction operations, technology, and data analysis.
